About the Artist

I believe that everyone is born with the gift of creativity. Our inborn creativeness needs an outlet. One of mine is art. I love working with ideas, color, composition, values, brush strokes, and different mediums. I love that as an artist I will always be learning by experimenting with techniques and different ways to solve a problem. For the most part I work with oil because of its richness of expression and pastel because of its immediacy and pure color. I have been an illustrator for many years and have also created murals. I love working as an artist, and also a father, grandfather, and husband.
